Clow Cards were created by the ancestor of Syaoran and Meilin, Clow Reed. There are a total of 52 clow cards, and a mysterious 53rd clow card, i think it's the hope card. The cards are entitled with something like, "The Firey" , thus the name the firey, that card has the power of fire. These cards are usually forms of young girls, or women, not all cards, like the create, the flow, and the fly, are in forms of a lady though.
